This Yandex Zen Copyright Notice Policy supplements to the Yandex Zen Terms of Use (https://yandex.com/legal/zen_termsofuse).
This Yandex Zen Copyright Notice Policy applies only to notifications of alleged copyright infringement. For all other notifications and queries, please use the notification procedure set forth in the Yandex Zen Terms of Use.
Yandex responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Yandex in its sole discretion may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers under the appropriate circumstances.
If you would like to submit a notice of an alleged copyright infringement, please fill out the online form and follow the guidelines available at http://yandex.com/support/abuse/troubleshooting/zen/copyright-complaint.html.
If you believe that a notice of an alleged copyright infringement identifying your content was filed in error, please submit a counter-notice at http://yandex.com/support/abuse/troubleshooting/zen/counter-notice.html.
If you have removed content identified in a notice of alleged copyright infringement and would like to reinstate the link that has been removed, please fill out the online form and follow the guidelines available at http://yandex.com/support/abuse/troubleshooting/zen/removed.html.
We strongly encourage you to submit your notices of alleged copyright infringement, counter-notices and reinstatement requests via the online forms referenced above. Use of these forms will ensure a more expedient reply to your valid and complete notices, counter-notices and reinstatement requests. However, Yandex still accepts notices, counter-notices and reinstatement requests submitted by other means. By submitting any such notices, counter-notices and reinstatement requests via any other means of communication (such as email, fax or postal mail), you hereby acknowledge and agree that Yandex’s subsequent processing may be substantially delayed and less effective, and you further hereby consent without any objection to such slower processing and reduced effectiveness.

When submitting a written notice of alleged copyright infringement, please provide the following information at a minimum.
1. Your first name and last name.
2. Your address (including the country of residence / location) and telephone number.
3. Your email address (if available).
4. Name, address and contact details for the copyright holder you represent, or an indication that you act in your own name.
5. Type, identification and description of the allegedly infringed copyrighted work.
6. Precise location (URL) of the authorized copy of the work (for example, if the authorized copy is available on the copyright holder’s website) or specify that the work is not available online.
7. Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing and the nature of this infringement.
8. Precise location (URL) of the material that is allegedly infringing.
9. The following statements:
"By submitting the notice and signing with my signature, I confirm that I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law";
"I confirm that the information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed"; and
"I give my consent to transfer my personal data contained in this application to Zen.Platform LLC., 82, Sadovnicheskaya str., Building 2, Office 4А29, Moscow, Russia 115035 and its affiliates and agree that the companies mentioned above will process my personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing personal data, but no less than three years from the transfer of my personal data for properly processing my application, and agree that my personal data may be disclosed to the alleged infringer.
